What to know about sessions...
Therapy sessions are designed to assist you in overcoming life's obstacles, cultivating resilience, and developing effective coping mechanisms. Through a client-centered approach, and cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducational approach, exploration and processing, and a myriad of other approaches that can help you to improve your mental well-being and lead to a more fulfilling life. Committing to improving mental wellbeing requires consistency, however, session frequency and type is based on the needs of the individual. ​

Frequency
Weekly sessions- for those experiencing struggles that are overwhelming and needing more consistent support.
​
Bimonthly sessions- for those experiencing struggles that can get overwhelming and stressful; however, symptoms are not as consistent and weekly support is not needed.
​
Maintenance- this can be every three to four weeks and this is for those who have a foundation of self-awareness and the ability to self-regulate, however are having the occasional life stressor that can be somewhat difficult to navigate. Consistent support is on an as needed basis.

Accessibility
Office appointments are available for those who prefer in person sessions.

Telehealth appointments are available for those of you who need the convenience or are located outside of the Las Cruces area.
